1. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Methods

We partner with reliable couriers to ensure safe delivery of your order. Delivery options include:

• Standard Delivery (2–5 business days depending on your location).

• Express Delivery (1–2 business days, where available).

• Store Pickup (if offered, free of charge — customers will be notified when the order is ready for collection).

3. Delivery Areas

• We currently deliver nationwide within South Africa.

• For remote or outlying areas, delivery may take longer and may incur additional fees.

4. Shipping Fees

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery location and package weight.

• Free delivery may apply on orders above a specified amount (if applicable).

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status.

6. Delays

• While we strive to deliver within the stated timeframes, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., courier delays, strikes, extreme weather) may cause delays.

7. Undeliverable Orders

• If a package is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address details, the customer will be responsible for additional re-delivery charges.

8. International Shipping

• At present, we only deliver within South Africa. International shipping will be introduced in the future.
